Items Not Eligible for Return:

Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on:

  • Perishable Goods: All food and snack items are non-returnable once shipped.
  • Opened or Used Products: Any item that has been unsealed or used is ineligible for return.
  • Personalized or Custom Orders: Items made to order or customized specifically for you cannot be returned.
  • Final Sale Items: Products marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at checkout are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, we're here to help. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of the item(s) and packaging.

Depending on the issue, we’ll offer one of the following resolutions:

  • A free replacement of the same product
  • A full refund if replacement is not possible or preferred
